Everything on our menu is home made and baked fresh in a dedicated gluten free facility that has been Inspected and Approved by the USDA. While our kitchen is Gluten Free, we do produce items with Tree Nuts, Dairy and Soy.

** Coconut Flour Cookies:
These little gems are Gluten Free, Egg Free, Nut Free and absolutely delicious! Made with high protein Coconut Flour (which is high in fiber and low on the glycemic index), these cookies contain freshly grated lemon zest, organic unsulphered dried blueberries, organic unrefined sugar, and white chocolate chips.
For our clients with Soy Sensitivities, these cookies can be made without the white chocolate chips, but are every bit as good. These cookies are sold by the half dozen.
** Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Always a favorite, these cookies are not only gluten free, but we've been told that they taste better than the traditional toll house cookies we grew up with. Wholesome high protein flours, sweet Amish Butter, organic eggs, organic unrefined sugar, European chocolate chips, and a touch of spice add up to a great cookie. Sold by the dozen so you have enough to share.
Lemon Pound Cake:
For those of you who like citrus this one is for you! Definitely indistinguishable from a pound cake made from gluten containing flours, it's the real thing. Fresh butter, eggs and organic unrefined sugar with freshly grated lemon zest and hand squeezed lemon juice produce a tangy treat. This cake is sold in a 3x5 loaf pan. Other sizes are available through special order.
** Almond Macaroons:
High quality European almond paste, organic unrefined sugar and egg whites....that's it. We hand pipe these festive cookies into little stars and top each one with a maraschino cherry. For those of you who are purists we can substitute the cherry for an almond sliver. Macaroons are sold by the half dozen.
** Carrot Cake:
A healthful blend of high protein flours, organic eggs, organic unrefined sugar, organic carrots, organic raisins and just the right amount of spice lead to a beautiful experience. Moist and dense this cake is topped with an organic cream cheese frosting, or can be made casein free upon request. Please note that the casein free frosting contains Soy. Carrot cake is sold in an 8x8 pan, however other sizes are available by special order.
