Our goal is to provide gluten free baked goods that are indistinguishable from their gluten containing counterparts; wholesome gluten free treats, without sacrificing taste or texture. Our Place Gluten Free Bakery has had many requests for Bread. We have been working on recipes that meet our quality and taste requirements and are pleased to announce that we will start baking breads in the coming weeks. Our Place Gluten Free Bakery will be baking: Herbed Dinner Rolls, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, and a Seeded Multigrain Bread. All of these breads are gluten free and can be made casein free upon request.
